A copy of the application is served upon the learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted bail and thereafter was regularly attending the Trial Court. However, due to some exigency, the petitioner could not attend the Court and a warrant of arrest was issued. The petitioner wants to join the proceeding at the earliest. Heard the learned counsel for the State.

It appears that the petitioner after grant of bail was attending the Court. However, on a few occasions, he could not attend the Court due to some unforeseen circumstances. In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the warrant of arrest issued against the petitioner shall remain stayed for a period four weeks from this date.

The petitioner shall surrender before the learned Trial Court and pray for bail, within such period of four weeks. In such event the application for bail of the petitioner shall be considered in accordance with law.

With these observations and directions, the revisional application is disposed of.
