It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the present writ petition has become infructuous in view of a subsequent order passed by the Excise Commissioner.

Accordingly, WPA 353 of 2019 is dismissed as infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge subsequent orders passed by the Excise Commissioner in connection with the present matter.

There will be no order as to costs.
