In that view of the matter, the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance shall ensure that the pension of the petitioner is released within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order along with arrear pension. The petitioner shall be entitled to interest on the arrear pension @ 9 per cent. per annum from the date of accrual of pension till the date of actual payment.

With the observation as above, this writ petition is disposed of.

The copy of the Pension Payment Order be kept on record.
