Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail, though learned counsel for the petitioner submits before this court that the witnesses have already been examined and that there is no chance of tampering with such evidence. He prays for consideration of the instant application for bail.

3. We have perused the evidence of the victim girl wherein the involvement of the present accusedpetitioner is prima facie found.

4. Considering the seriousness of the crime, the application for bail of the petitioner is considered and rejected.
