1. The petitioner alleges that the police authorities have failed to register an FIR and take necessary steps on the basis of the complaint lodged. The petitioner is required to attend the trial court in connection with Misc. Execution Case No.18 of 2024, by an order of the High Court.

2. According to the petitioner, the respondent nos.4 to 6 had obstructed the petitioner. When the petitioner went to comply with the order of the High Court dated November 6, 2024, he was physically assaulted within the court premises.

3. The police authorities have filed a report before this Court which mentions that ASI, Sanjay Sarkar was endorsed to make an enquiry on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner. During such enquiry, the ASI met with the court staff,

advocates, shopkeepers, vendors, etc., but no such incident was reported. Moreover, at the instance of the wife, Rajganj Police Station Case No.536 of 2022 is pending against the petitioner. On the complaint of the mother of the petitioner, Rajgang Police Station Case No.610 of 2022 has been registered against the petitioner's wife.

4. Thus, there appears to be case and counter-case between the parties. The factum of enquiry by the police has been diarized.

5. Under such circumstances, this application is disposed of.

6. The police authorities may conduct an enquiry as they have already undertaken. The petitioner is at liberty to pray for further protection before the jurisdictional court where the execution case is pending.

7. Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
