This matter has been placed in the list at the instance of the petitioners since certain typographical errors have crept in the order dated 21st April, 2026. It has been rightly pointed out by Mr. Podder that the application for pre-arrest bail was moved on behalf of four petitioners. However, in the cause title only the name of the petitioner no. 1 has been recorded and in the order the word 'petitioner' has been used. It is clarified that the petition was moved on behalf of four petitioners, namely - 1) Pradip Barman, 2) Pradip Saha, 3) Raju @ Jayanta Sarkar and 4) Chiranjit Adhikary and accordingly in the cause title, it should have been written as 'Pradip Barman & Ors.' And the word 'petitioner' should be read as 'petitioners' wherefrom it appears in the order.

The office is directed to make necessary correction in the order.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
