... For the State Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband of the victim.

Having regard to the nature of the injury from the case diary as well as the statement under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the omnibus nature of allegations, we are of the opinion that the petitioner should be granted the benefit of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed subject to the conditions that in the event of arrest the petitioner will be released on bail subject to furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. The petitioner will meet the investigating officer once a fortnight.

Petitioner will comply with the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM 360 of 2021, is allowed.
