Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the in-laws of the victim and in no way connected with the alleged offence. Learned counsel further submits that the alleged offence took place only about one month after the marriage, which does not appear to be credible.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Keeping in view the gravity of the alleged offences and attending circumstances, we deem it appropriate to refuse the prayer for

anticipatory bail. Accordingly, CRM 364 of 2021 is dismissed, thereby refusing the prayer for anticipatory bail.
