The petitioner has been named in the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the State that the investigation is going on.

Since the investigation of the case is at the initial stage and having regard to the materials collected against the petitioner, we are of the opinion that the petitioner should not be given the benefit of anticipatory bail.
