Having considered the materials in the case diary and bearing in mind the nature of allegations that the victim lady was lured away by the petitioner on the false promise of giving employment and thereafter ravished, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
