Ms. Suman Sehanabis (Mondal), learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to proceed further with the present application and, accordingly, prayed for passing necessary orders. She further submits that the certified copy filed with the present application may kindly be directed to be returned to the petitioner. In such view of the matter, CO 33 of 2022 is dismissed for want of prosecution.

Certified copy of the impugned order filed by the petitioner may be returned to the petitioner on proper receipt.
