Re : CRAN 3 of 2026 Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record. The petitioner seeks relaxation of bail conditions imposed upon him by this Court on 7th April, 2025. An earlier application on the self same issue was filed by the petitioner before this Court and by an order passed on 8th January, 2026 a coordinate Bench of this Court has relaxed one of the conditions and directed the other conditions to continue.

In view of rejection of the petitioner's prayer as recently as on 8th January, 2026, this Court is inclined to hold that reconsideration of the same prayer is not warranted.

Accordingly, CRAN 3 of 2026 is dismissed.
