Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners 06.01.2025 Item No.01 kausik and the respondent no. 7 submits that they have entered into a settlement.

The terms of settlement be submitted before the respondent no. 5, who would proportionately disburse the amount according to the terms of settlement as decided by and between the parties. Learned advocate for the state respondents as well as the NHAI authority is present.

It is directed that the disbursement should be made subject to verification of the entitlement of the parties concerned.

In view of the aforesaid, the further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly WPA 780 of 2022 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
