We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in February 2023. There is no change in circumstance since then.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
