1. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.

2. The de facto complainant is being represented.

3. Learned counsel for the State is also present.

4. Learned counsel for the de facto complainant has placed a document to show that the trial in this case is being held expeditiously and 29.4.2025 has been fixed for examination of two witnesses and 30.4.2025 has been fixed for examination of three witnesses which includes the doctor.

5. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for filing supplementary affidavit to bring evidence on record to substantiate his argument with the evidence already recorded, this Court is of the opinion that as the trial is in its last stage, the said prayer

should not be granted considering the nature of offence alleged and the stage of trial.

6. Accordingly, the prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage.

7. CRM(DB) 150 of 2025 stands disposed of.

8. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied expeditiously after complying with all necessary legal formalities.
