1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties at length.

2. Admittedly, the case is based upon the circumstantial evidence. We have perused the entire materials of the case diary. The investigation is stated to have been completed.

3. Considering the entire scenario and the basis of implication, we are inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the present case, the present accused petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two registered sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M, Tufanganj with a condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on every date of substantive hearing subject to the provision of Section 317 Cr.P.C and the petitioner shall

not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever. In the event of non-compliance of any of the conditions, the bail shall stand automatically cancelled without any further reference to this Court.

5. This application for bail is, thus, disposed of.

6. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
