Counsel for the opposite parties are present. The petitioner has filed the present revisional application challenging the order no. 156 dated 07.01.2023 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, 3rd (Special) Court, Jalpaiguri wherein the learned Judge had rejected the application filed by the petitioner/defendant for bringing of one Sambuddha Roy who is the brother of the husband of the deceased defendant.

This Court finds that there is no illegality in the order passed by the learned Additional District Judge, 3rd (Special) Court, Jalpaiguri dated 07.01.2023 and the impugned order does not require any interference.

Accordingly, CO No. 23 of 2023 is dismissed.
