1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioners were, however, named in the FIR and thereafter, in the charge sheet. Ten other co-accused are in custody.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the State strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He relies on the case diary including the FIR, the statements of witnesses, the post-mortem report and the injury reports. He submits that two persons were done to death by the assailants and several others were injured.

3. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials including the FIR which names the present petitioners specifically as two of the assailants, the statements of other witnesses and the post-mortem reports, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
