Age of the victim girl is four and half years. There is specific allegation prima facie, constituting penetrative sexual assault to her by the present petitioner, who is about 64 years old.

Having regard to the materials available on record, we are of the opinion that the petitioner should not be granted bail at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail, bearing CRM 382 of 2021, is rejected.
