1. The petitioner says that the land on which allegedly cannabis cultivation is going on, although registered in his name, is far away from where he resides. He never had any control over the land. He does not know to what use the land is being put. He prays for anticipatory bail.

2. Learned State Counsel shows me documents from the case diary clearly showing that the petitioner is the owner of the concerned plot of land.

3. In view of commercial quantity of contraband items being involved, I am not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail is thus rejected.

4. Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM (A) 148 of 2025 is dismissed.
