This is an application filed under Section 482 of B.N.S.S, 2023.

The instant application is filed in apprehension of arrest in connection with Phansidewa PS Case No. 570 of 2025 dated 31.12.2025 under Sections 329(3)/351(2)/3(5) of B.N.S, 2023 read with Section 3(A)(f) of SC & ST (POA) Act.

Prayer of the petitioner is anticipatory bail. 4.

In view of clear provision of Section 18A of the Act, application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable in the eye of law.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed. It is made clear that no consent or no opinion is expressed regarding the nature of the offence. (Sugato Majumdar, J.)
