The petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition and place her contention as made out in the writ petition in the pending suit.

In view of the above, liberty is granted to the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition and place her contention as made out in the writ petition before the regular Court in the pending suit.

W.P.A. 789 of 2022 is thus disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
