The petitioner seeks correction of the order dated 27th April, 2026 passed by this Court in C.R.M. (M) 87 of 2026. 2.

In the third and fourth lines of paragraph ten on the second page of the order dated 27th April, 2026, the expression "Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Siliguri" shall stand corrected to read as "Additional District & Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Siliguri". 3.

The rest of the order 27th April, 2026 remains unaltered.

Department is directed to take necessary steps for correction of the aforesaid order.
