Heard the learned advocate appearing for both the parties. Having considered the materials on record particularly the dying statement of the victim lady at page 9 of the case diary prima facie implicating all the petitioners in setting her on fire, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stands rejected.
