1. None appears for the petitioner, nor any accommodation has been sought for.

2. Mr. Tapas Paul, learned Advocate appears for the opposite party no. 1/P.N.B.

3. The instant revisional application has been filed assailing an order dated March 17, 2026 passed by Debts Recovery Tribunal, Siliguri. Prayers from the revisional application is quoted below: "In the premises as aforesaid, your petitioners humbly prays that Your Lordships may graciously be pleased to issue a rule directing the opposite party to show cause as to why the impugned order dated 17.03.2026 should not be quashed and/or set aside and if no cause or insufficient cause is shown to make such rule absolute And direct the Learned Debts Recovery Tribunal, Siliguri to defer the hearing of T.O.A. No. 636 of 2017 till disposal of pending Appeal Diary No. 297 of 2026 before the Hon'ble Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Kolkata And pass order for determent of hearing of T.O.A. No. 636 of 2017 fixed on 1.4.2026 for a period of at least four weeks And direct the Learned Debts Recovery Tribunal, Siliguri not to pass final order in T.O.A. No. 636 of 2017 till disposal of Appeal Diary No. 297 of 2026 pending before the Hon'ble DRAT-Kolkata;

And To pass ad interim order in terms of prayers above;

And To pass such further and/or other order or orders and direction or directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper".

4. The petitioner has prayed for necessary order in this revisional application till disposal of the Appeal Diary no. 297 of 2026, which was then pending before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal.

5. Learned advocate Mr. Tapas Paul, appearing for the bank has placed the order dated April 16, 2026 passed by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal wherefrom it appears that the said Misc. Appeal Diary No. 297 of 2026 has been disposed of. Copy of the said order is taken on record.

6. In view of the above, nothing further survives in this application.

7. Accordingly, the instant application C.O. 46 of 2026 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.

8. Parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
