1. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for bail on the ground of long detention.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the State that trial in the case is almost complete and only the Investigating Officer is to be explained.

Accordingly, trial Court is directed to make all efforts to dispose of the case preferably within three months from the date of communication of this order, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the State that the examination of the Investigating Officer has been fixed on June, 2025.. 5.

Considering the nature of material in the case diary, statement of the victim as recorded under Section 164 of the

Criminal Procedure Code and the stage of trial, prayer for bail stands rejected.
