This is an application praying for setting aside the impugned order dated 3.4.2023 passed by the Trial Court in terms of which non-bailbale warrant of arrest had been issued by the Trial Court against the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner failed to appear on that date.

The Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and victim were married subsequent to the incident.

Mr. Chakraborty, Learned Counsel for the State submitted that although there had been a marriage subsequently it was dissolved by decree of divorce, Be that as it may, this Court is not willing to set aside or interfere with the impugned order passed by the Trial Court.

Accordingly, the instant application stands dismissed. (Sugato Majumdar, J.)
