The victim in the present case is aged about 13 years and the petitioner is aged about 50 years and a "Fuchkawala" by profession.

The victim has stated categorically about the offence before the Doctor who medically examined her and also in her statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code. 3.

The State has placed the case diary wherein it appears that the statement of the victim is duly supported by the contents in the FIR.

Considering the nature of offence and the materials on record including the case diary the prayer for bail stands rejected. 5.

CRM (DB) 161 of 2025 stands disposed of.

6. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied expeditiously after complying with all necessary legal formalities.
