It is submitted by the counsel for the parties that the District Inspector of Schools (SE) has issued an order dated 10th May, 2023 provisionally granting Post Graduate Scale of Pay to the petitioner.

It is submitted by Mr. Dutta, learned Senior Counsel for the State that the expression "provisionally" has been used subject to confirmation by the school authorities.

It is expected that the regular Post Graduate Scale of Pay shall be made available to the petitioner immediately in the next pay credited to the petitioner's account. Appropriate scale of pay shall be communicated to the petitioner by the end of the month.

This Court deprecates the delay of the District Inspector of Schools (SE) in compliance with this Court's order. It is warned that there shall be no delay in future in compliance of this Court's order.

The school shall forward all papers and documents within a week from date in default to whereof appropriate proceedings shall be drawn up against the teacher-in-charge.

6.

All arrears of the petitioner must be paid within a period of 15 days from date together with interest at the rate of 7 percent per annum.

The contempt application shall stand disposed of. 8.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnors, if any, is dispensed with.

9.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

10.

There will be no order as to costs.

11.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

12.

All parties are to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
