Twenty seven writ petitions are taken up analogously.
These writ petitions have been accommodated in the list on being mentioned by the learned advocates representing the petitioners. At the time of consideration of these writ petitions the learned advocates representing the petitioners and respondents are present. Uttarbanga Kshetriya Gramin Bank is represented by Mr. Chitra Bhanu Gupta, learned advocate.
Learned advocate representing the petitioners has submitted that the order which was passed on 4th July, 2023 on a batch of writ petitions, first matter being WPA 1278 of 2023 ( Phani Bhusan Roy & Anr. Vs. Uttarbanga Kshetriya Gramin Bank & Ors.), may be passed today on these twenty seven writ petitions.
Such prayer made on behalf of the petitioners is not opposed by the learned advocates representing the respondents.
In view of aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the parties no further order need be passed save and except a copy of the order dated 4th July, 2023 passed on fourteen writ petitions as referred to above be retained on records separately in these writ petitions which are taken up today for consideration on being duly countersigned by the Assistant Registrar (Court).
The directions contained in the order dated 4th July, 2023 shall also operate in these writ petitions and remain binding upon the parties.
In some writ petitions there were directions by a coordinate Bench to exchange affidavits. Learned advocates representing the parties in those writ petitions have filed their affidavits which are taken on record.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petitions stand disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
