The petitioner says that he has been falsely implicated. He has no role to play in the alleged offence of kidnapping. He prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned State Counsel shows me the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S. 2023. She clearly implicates this petitioner as the person who kidnapped her.

In view of the nature and gravity of the alleged offence, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

CRM (A) 164 of 2025 stands dismissed.
