1. This is an application for restoration of the application being, CRM (DB) 169 of 2025, which was dismissed for default on 3rd April, 2025 for non-representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has drawn my attention to the grounds mentioned in paragraph 4 of the CRAN application and submits that at the relevant point of time, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner failed to appear before the Court

under the impression that the matter would be listed before the Hon'ble Division Bench.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

4. The grounds mentioned in the application being, IA No.: CRAN 1 of 2025 are found satisfactory.

5. Accordingly, the matter be restored to its original file and number.

6. As a sequel, IA NO: CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of. In Re. CRM (DB) 169 of 2025

7. Let the matter be listed before the next available Circuit.
