We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State in presence of the investigating officer who has placed the case diary.

The present case is still under extensive investigation. The present petitioner is the son of the principal accused. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has stressed upon, bail granted to the mother of the present petitioner, who is also the wife of the principal accused, submitting that the present accused stands on similar footing.

We have gone through the materials in the case diary in respect of the present petitioner. Considering the said materials and the

nature of offence in the present case, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail at this stage.
