1. We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. From the materials as placed before us, we find commercial quantity of contraband was seized from the possession of the present accused petitioner.

3. In view of such, we are not inclined to grant bail to the present accused petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
