1. The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of an application dated 14 November, 2025.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that notwithstanding having written to the Appropriate Authority for supply of adequate ration articles, the respondent authorities have taken no steps in the matter. In such circumstances, the petitioner complains of discrimination.

3. On behalf of the State respondents, it is submitted that they have no objection in considering the representation of the petitioner.

4. In view of the above submissions, WPA/533/2026 stands disposed of by directing the respondent authorities to consider the representation dated

21 April, 2025 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

5. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all questions including the question of entitlement are left open to be decided by the respondent no.4 in accordance with law.
