Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had induced the victim to share intimate photographs through an online platform. Thereafter, he exhorted the victim. Out of pressure she committed suicide.

In view of the nature of crime and the prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
