1. The respondent no. 1 to 5 are represented. Affidavit of Service filed by the petitioner be kept with the records.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of a representation dated 20 August, 2025. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite having complained of inaction of the State respondent is removing a culvert situated on government land, no steps have been taken in the matter.

3. On behalf of the State authorities, it is submitted that they have no objection if the representation dated August, is disposed of in accordance with law.

4. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, WPA/540/2026 stands disposed of by directing the District Magistrate being the respondent no. 2 to consider and dispose of the

representation of the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order and after giving a right of hearing to all the affected parties.

5. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all issues are left open for the District Magistrate to decide in accordance with law without being influenced by any observation in this order.
