1. The petitioner renews his prayer for anticipatory bail which was last rejected on April 4, 2023, in CRM (A) 188 of 2023. He says that charge sheet has been filed since then. Hence, his custodial interrogation is not necessary.

2. Learned State Counsel shows me the suicide note left behind by the victim lady. She clearly states that she was driven to kill herself by the torture meted out to her by three persons including this petitioner.

3. In view of the prima facie incriminating material against the petitioner and the gravity and the nature of the offence, I am

not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail.

4. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

6. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
