1. The second application for bail is canvassed on the ground that the petitioner is in custody for about ten months.

2. This Court finds the earlier order dated 14th January, 2026 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court rejecting the application of bail of the petitioner. The order dated 14th January, 2026 recorded the details of offences alleged against the petitioner. There are several cases pending against him. It is also recorded that the petitioner is a part of an organized crime syndicate.

3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
