Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a juvenile and he is placed at a home and the trial has not commenced.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the trial has already commenced, PW-1 is being examined and the juvenile is being tried with the other accused.

Perused the case diary. It is seen that around 40 kgs of ganja has been recovered and trial has already commenced. Under such circumstances, the application for bail is rejected at this stage.
