Amal Roy ... Petitioner Mr. Hillon Saha Poddar Mrs. Mousumi Das ... for the Petitioner Mr. Aditi Shankar Chakraborty Mr. Kallol Nag ... For the State Inadvertent error has crept into the order dated July 04, 2025 which is corrected as follows.

The 1st paragraph of the order be read as follows:- "The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on April 03, 2025 on condition to furnish bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local."

The 2nd paragraph of the order be read as follows:-

"Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been able to furnish local surety and is unable to obtain regular bail."

The department is directed to incorporate necessary correction.

Let this order be treated as part of the order dated July 04, 2025.

The remaining portion of the order shall remain unaltered.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
