The petitioner says that she has been falsely implicated. Her husband, a co-accused, has been granted bail. She is prepared to cooperate with the Police. She prays for anticipatory bail. 2.

I see that the case was registered in 2014. The allegations are serious. A minor girl was allegedly kidnapped by the accused persons including this petitioner and taken to Delhi. There, she was forced into prostitution. Fortunately she could be recovered after one and half months.

I understand that charge sheet has been submitted. However, there is provision for supplementary charge sheet. Given the heinous and serious nature of the crime, custodial interrogation of the petitioner may be necessary.

In view of the aforesaid, I am not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail.

CRM (A) 194 of 2025 is, thus, dismissed.
