Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with the Dinhata Police Case No.224 of 2021 under Section 341/325/326/427/435/307 of the IPC read with Section 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substance Act, 1908.

Learned counsel appearing for the State files a report. Perused the case diary, report filed by the State and the statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. We are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
