2. The petitioner challenges the action of the Bank in conducting the auction.

3. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Bank produces instruction in support of the submission that the auction has been called off by the authorized officer of the Bank due to technical lapses. Corrigendum has been published in the newspaper for attention and information of all concerned.

4. In view of the above, the cause of action for filing the instant writ petition does not subsist any further.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
