1. This instant application has been filed with a prayer for anticipatory bail.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not involved in the present case but the police have implicated the petitioners falsely. He further submits that the other accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in CRM(A) 149 of 2026 dated March 16, 2026.

3. Learned APP-in-charge appearing for the State produced the case diary.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the case diary. This Court finds that the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required. Thus, this Court inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. In the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with one surety of like amount, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer with the condition that the petitioners shall cooperate the investigation and shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a week till the final report is submitted.

6. Thus, the application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. (A) 233 of 2026 stands disposed of.

7. The case diary is returned.
