This matter was directed to appear under the heading "To Be Mentioned" for correction of a typographical error which has crept in the order dated 7th April, 2025. In page 2 of the said order the number of the writ petition was wrongly recorded as "WPA 646 of 2025" instead of "WPA 649 of 2025". Let such error be rectified. This order shall form part of the order dated 7th April, 2025. Other portions of the order dated 7th April, 2025 shall remain unaltered.
