1. This is the second application for anticipatory bail on behalf of the present accused petitioners.

2. In absence of any supervening circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the instant application for anticipatory bail which has been filed for the second time. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the present petitioners is considered and rejected.

3. CRM(A) 282of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.
