The grievance in this writ petition was canvassed by the petitioner that, the forest authority despite having granted an opportunity of hearing and having had the hearing concluded, did not pass its reasoned order.

Mr. Hirak Barman, learned State counsel appeared and made over a copy of the reasoned order dated September 7, 2021 before this Court, the same is kept on record.

A copy of the said reasoned order has also been handed over to Ms. Suman Sehanabis, learned counsel for the petitioner in Court today. In view of the above, nothing further survives in this writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 647 of 2023 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
