The petitioner has taken voluntary retirement from his service on 29.7.2012.

The petitioner has to deposit overdue amunt which the petitioner has received over and above to his entitlement and he has deposited the same only as 14.3.2019. After deposit of overdue amount, pension payment order and other benefits were released in favour of the petitioner.

Considered the submission made by the petitioner, this Court finds that there is no delay on the part of respondent authorities for release of pension of the

petitioner.

In view of the above, the petitioner is not entitled to get any interest. WPA 648 of 2023 is thus disposed of.
