1. Affidavit of Service filed on behalf of the petitioner be kept with the records.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of a request for general transfer filed with the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Jalpaiguri on 13th March, 2026.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that notwithstanding receipt of such application the concerned District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) being the respondent no.3 has taken no steps in the matter.

4. The respondent no.3 is represented and submits that they have no objection for consideration of such representation dated 13th March, 2026.

5. In view of the above, WPA/566/2026 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no.3 to

consider and dispose of the application for general transfer dated 13th March, 2026.

6. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all issues are left open to be decided by the concerned District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) strictly in accordance with law.
